Delivery Policy for England and Ireland

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. You will receive a second email with your shipping reference number once your order is ready for dispatch.

All orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and can be delivered to either business or residential addresses.

For England-based orders up to £100.00 we bill a standard charge of £3.00 Postage and Packaging for delivery between 3 and 10 business days. If the weight and/or volume of shipped products exceeds £3.00 P&P you will be notified in advance of increased costs. There is also a special next day delivery service costing £7.00, for orders placed before 3pm on a business day.

For Ireland-based orders up to £100.00 we bill a standard charge of £5.00 Postage and Packaging. If the weight and/or volume of shipped products exceeds £5.00 P&P you will be notified in advance of increased costs.

Royal Mail requires a signature for all deliveries in England and Ireland. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the Royal Mail should leave a notification card with their contact information. Johnny Loves Rosie takes no responsibility if a notification card is not left for any reason.

Important Information on Overseas Delivery

International orders are sent by Royal Mail and take between 3 and 10 business days for delivery. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses. Signature is required upon receipt.

Standard Postage & Packaging charges for delivery to the USA is £10.00. If the weight and/or volume of shipped products exceeds £10.00 P&P you will be notified in advance of shipping.

If you would like overnight shipping, please indicate this in your order and we will confirm with you a price and method of shipping. Signature is required upon receipt.

For all other countries, you will be notified in advance of Standard Postage & Packaging charges, based on weight and/or volume of products shipped, as well as method of shipping.

If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, our dispatch company should leave a notification card with their contact information. UK VAT will automatically be deducted from merchandise shipped to non-EU countries.

Customs & Duty

All shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and sales taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. 

Cancellation

We may cancel an order for any item at any time before delivery. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order, and your money will be fully refunded.

Cancellation of an Order Prior to Dispatch

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.

If you have recently placed an order with Johnny Loves Rosie and wish to cancel it, please email us at info@johnnylovesrosie.co.uk quoting your name and postcode, the order reference number, and the date the order was placed. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, in which case you will receive confirmation on the following business day.

Returns Policy

If you receive a faulty product, you have a total of 28 days from date of invoice to return it to us and we will happily exchange it or a give you a full refund. We will also refund the cost of return postage for your goods.

If your product is damaged in transit, we will be happy to exchange it or give you a full refund as long as it is returned to us within the 28 day period from of invoice. We will also refund the cost of return postage for your goods.

If you have purchased Sale Items by telephone or through our online store, they can be returned for credit within seven working days of receipt of the items. This is available only for UK customers.

Goods must be returned unused and accompanied with proof of purchase.

If you are eligible for a refund please allow 30 days after returning your item to receive the refund.
